3. Self-leveling industrial floors
Industrial self-leveling floors are polymer coatings that are applied by the "filling" method and provide not only high mechanical characteristics but also high decorative properties. We produce industrial bulk floors of two main types: epoxy self-leveling floors and polyurethane self-leveling floors, on the basis of which high-strength quartz-filled and liquid coatings are made. In addition to liquid floors for industrial facilities, we offer highly decorative coatings that can be used in civil and residential construction: coating with sparkles and chips, transparent filling floors on the basis of which 3D floors and coatings with photos and drawings are made.
4. Industrial concrete floors
Concrete flooring is the foundation for any flooring. Concrete floors include bases (monoliths) and concrete screeds. For the installation of concrete floors, we offer additives for concrete that allow us to perform reinforced concrete and polymer cement screeds. The use of our additives for concrete makes it possible to carry industrial floors of high strength (M500-M750 and more), minimize the thickness of the screed (minimum thickness is 40 mm), abandon the reinforcement - and, as a result, obtain significant economic benefits. In addition, additives for concrete Elastobeton allow you to put floors in operation for 6-8 days, and not for 28-30 days as traditional concrete. Sufficient schemes have been worked out and successfully applied - screed and protective impregnation for concrete are carried out for 8-9 days, and on the 10th day it is possible to start operation.
5. Polymer cement industrial floor
For the device of polymer-cement floors, we offer polymer additives for concrete Elastobeton-B and Elastobeton-B, which enable us to perform concrete and sand-concrete polymer-cement screeds from 15mm and 8mm thick, respectively. Polymer cement industrial floors have very high strength: on dolomite filler M600-M800, on granite filler up to M1000 and more. Polimercement floors can be painted in different colors, use a variety of decorative fillers (marble, granite, coil and other natural colored stones). A small thickness of polymer-cement floors provides significant savings in materials (cement, sand, additive, filler).
